To properly honor our employees, our Canteen will honor normal business hours on Saturday, July 18th from 12-4.

At 4pm, we are moving the party outside to the pavilion until close – so our employees can have the night off to celebrate their hard work and dedication!!!

This event is open to members and their guests!

Please join us in welcoming our new VFW Post 7294 Commander, Bill Knight, a proud son of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who was born and raised in our community and has been a dedicated member of the VFW since 2012.

As a Gulf War Veteran, Bill honorably served our nation in the United States Army from 1989-1999 and earned numerous military decorations, including the Bronze Star Medal, the Army Achievement Medal with One Oak Leaf Cluster, the Southwest Asia Service Medal with Two Bronze Service Stars, and the Kuwait Liberation Medal. His service reflects a commitment to duty, leadership, and sacrifice that continues to inspire those around him.

Beyond his military service, Bill is a devoted family man. He and his wife, Marlene, share their home with their beloved dog, Cleo. When he is not serving fellow veterans or supporting the mission of the VFW, Bill enjoys operating his family farm in Washington Boro, where his strong work ethic and dedication are on full display.

As Commander, Bill brings a wealth of experience, a deep connection to our community, and a genuine passion for supporting veterans and their families. We look forward to his leadership and the positive impact he will have on our Post.

On Friday, September 11, 2026, the Millersville-Manor VFW Post 7294 will be hosting a golf outing fundraiser. Portion of all monetary proceeds will go to directly to support veterans of foreign wars and portion will be donated to Tunnels to Towers. To help us make this event a success, we are asking for donations in the form of monetary gifts.

If you or your organization are interested in donating to this fundraiser, please submit a check to Millersville-Manor VFW Post 7294 or feel free to contact Rick at 717-330-1649 or Chris 717-587-5552 no later than August 9, 2026. Letters will be sent via mail to recognize your tax-deductible donation.
