THE EASTER BUNNY IS COMING TO THE POST! AND WE ARE EXTRA EGG-CITED FOR IT!

We want to celebrate the Easter holiday with you and your families! Our EASTER EGG-STRAVAGANZA will be taking place THIS FRIDAY APRIL 7th from 6-8 pm in the canteen! This is open to members and their guests! We invite you and you the children espcially to come out for a fun evening of Easter games, crafts and a VISIT WITH THE EASTER BUNNY! He will be arriving around 7 pm to visit and take pictures with the kids. Afterwards, the kids better put their dancing shoes on, because we will be encouraging everyone to get up and have a DANCE OFF with the Easter Bunny. So flop those feet and shake those tails! There will also be Family Karaoke hosted by DJ Scotty Sharpe from 6-9 pm. We want to hear you all sing and have some fun! Be sure to bring an appetite as well! We will be serving up all the goodies for your tummies! If you are interested and/or willing to bring a dish for everyone to enjoy, there is a sign up sheet in the canteen! We appreciate the help! Before the kids depart for the evening, be sure to get their Easter baskets! We have received some donations of baskets and candy for the kids, but we could definitely use more! If you are able to bring in something, please do so! We want to ensure every kid gets to leave with an Easter basket filled with goodies! If you need a reminder, there’s an event on Facebook. The Post welcomes back ON STRIDE on Friday April 14th over in the canteen from 7-10 pm. They play a variety of Classic Rock, Oldies and Newer music. There’s something for everyone to enjoy! The Easter Bunny hopped and hopped and hopped…all the way to the Post! That’s right! We will be hosting a EASTER EGG-STRAVAGANZA on Friday April 7th (the Friday before Easter) in the canteen from 6-8 pm! We invite all of our Post members and their guests/families to come out and join us for an evening of egg-celent fun! There will be Easter games and Easter crafts for the kids to make and partake in! There will be Family Karaoke hosted by DJ Scotty Sharpe from 6- 9 pm! So the kids are encouraged to get up and sing! And then for the best surprise of all…the EASTER BUNNY will be hopping by at 7 pm to visit with the kids and take pictures! The Easter Bunny will also invite the kids to partake in a dance off with him! We are excited to get everyone up and moving! During the course of the evening, there will also be Easter dinner laid out for everyone to enjoy! If you are interested or willing to bring in a dish for the celebration, please sign up on the sign-up sheet in the canteen! We would love your participation! The children will also receive Easter baskets before they leave, courtesy of the Post and those who donated the baskets and candy! Please ensure you sign up your children on the Easter sign-up sheet located in the canteen as well! We want to make sure we have enough baskets for all of the children! The Easter Bunny Egg-stravaganza is quickly approaching and we are getting the carrots ready for the big white furry animal! That’s right! The canteen will be hosting the Easter Bunny event on Friday April 7th from 6-8 pm! This is open to members and their guests and families! Bring the kids! There will be Easter crafts and games to play! The Easter Bunny will be making a special appearance at 7 pm! He will visit with the kids, take pictures, and there will even be a dance off with the Easter Bunny! DJ Scotty Sharpe will be hosting Family Karaoke from 6-9 pm, so we are excited to get the kids up there singing and having a great time! Before the kids depart, be sure to grab an Easter basket, as each child should have one made up for them there, courtesy of those who brought in and donated candy and baskets! We are very excited to spend this time with you and your families! We will also be enjoying an Easter dinner amongst ourselves! We ask those who wouldn’t mind signing up in the canteen to bring a dish for the event!
