Our service officer, Shawn Williams, took over $1,300 in supplies and aid to the Full Gospel Tabernacle Church in Far Rockaway, NY, as part of relief efforts for Hurricane Sandy. Far Rockaway is among some of the hardest-hit areas affected by Hurricane Sandy. Many of the areas (including the neighborhood around the church) STILL don’t have power! They are in rough shape, and the VFW and Ladies Auxiliary stepped in to help!
