The Post is hosting another Cigar and Whiskey night (courtesy of Lanco Smokes) on Thursday December 7th from 6-8:30 pm in the canteen! Stop out for a drink and browse some of Lancaster’s finest cigars! You’re welcomed to enjoy one out back by the fire too! Relax and kick back and leave your worries at the door!

WHAT ARE THE NAMES OF SANTA’S REINDEER? WHO WROTE JINGLE BELLS? ARE YOU BRUSHED UP ON YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF ALL THINGS CHRISTMAS? IF NOT, YOU BETTER GET ON IT!

Hop in the sleigh and ride on over to TRIVIA night at the Post on Wednesday December 13th from 6:30-8:30 pm in the canteen. DJ Bill Wright will be quizzing you on all things FESTIVE AND CHRISTMAS! Let’s rock around the Christmas tree and win some great prizes! 4 rounds, 10 questions each round, will you be the winner?!

ARE YOU COOKING CHRISTMAS DINNER AND AREN’T SURE WHERE TO START? WELL WE HAVE A GREAT SOLUTION FOR YOU!

Meat Tray Bingo will be held in the canteen on Sunday December 17th! Doors will open at 12 pm and Bingo will begin around 1 pm! This is opened to the Post members, Social members and their guests. No dabbers are needed! We will be playing for some great meat packages which will include a Christmas ham! So come try your luck at scoring some great items for Christmas dinner!

RIGHT BEFORE SANTA MAKES HIS WAY TO TOWN, WE NEED YOU TO COME ROCK OUT WITH US AND A SPECIAL GUEST!

They’re back and ready to bring down the house yet again! SCREAMIN’ DAISYS return to the Post on Friday December 22 from 7-11 pm in the banquet hall. Doors will open at 6:30 pm. There will be a $5 cover charge. This is opened to the public 21 and over! There will be a cash bar available and there is an ATM on site. Food will also be available to purchase. There is a Facebook event reminder, so go ahead and click GOING, you know you want to! If you’ve seen them perform before, then you know you’re in for a treat! Kickoff your holiday vacation from work in the best way possible, dancing and rocking out! We can’t wait to see you all there!

AND NOW WE TURN OUR ATTENTION TO THE HOLLY JOLLY AND ALL THINGS SANTA! WE LOVE CHRISTMAS AND WE LOVE BEING FESTIVE WITH ALL OF YOU! SO DURING THE MONTH OF DECEMBER, WE ARE HERE TO SPREAD CHRISTMAS CHEER WITH A LOT OF FUN ACTIVITIES! LET’S TAKE A LOOK!

We are kicking off December in the most lit way possible…and we mean that literally! This Friday December 1st, our Post will be adorned in all things Christmas! Our Christmas tree will be up and ready for you all to bask in the beauty of it! We figured it’s only right that since the tree is getting lit, we need to as well! Which is why this Friday December 1st will be our first Christmas themed Friday. We are calling it “Light Up the Room” because that is exactly what we are doing! We encourage all of you to wear your most festive light up outfit! We want to see twinkles, we want to see flashing, we want to see lights and we want to see you all getting in the Christmas spirit! There will be a prize each week for most festive! Each Friday in December will be a theme, so stay tuned for next week’s! 

OUR POST IS DEDICATED TO THE VETERANS. AND DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON WE WANT TO ENSURE THEY KNOW HOW MUCH THEY ALL MEAN TO US! YOU CAN HELP WITH THAT!

We will be accepting donations during the month of December for our Veterans so we can stuff stockings for them! There will be a box in the canteen that you can drop off items to. You’re welcomed to include whatever goodies you think they would like! You may also give cash donations and we can go out and shop for them! Gift cards will also be accepted! We are excited to spread holiday cheer all over and with your help, it’ll be even more magical! Tis the season of giving and boy do the Veterans deserve all of the good that is in this world!

SHHH! DON’T TELL ANYONE WHAT YOU GOT THEM! IT’S A SECRET! THE BEST KIND!

We are always about the kids, but this year, we want to make sure the adults feel included too! After all, everyone deserves to at least get something on Christmas! Which is why this year, we are doing a SECRET SANTA in the canteen! You may choose to participate or not! If you are interested, you will put your name in a bucket and we will pull names on December 17th. We will exchange at our annual Family Christmas Party on Friday December 29th! So, make sure you’re good for goodness sake!

AND NOW FOR THE MAIN EVENT! THE BIG MAN IN RED WILL BE MAKING HIS WAY TO US AFTER HE WRAPS UP ALL HIS DELIVERIES! SO WE INVITE YOU OUT FOR A VISIT AND TO ROCK AROUND THE CHRISTMAS TREE WITH US!

After you all enjoy your Christmas holiday with your families, we invite you to come celebrate with us at the Post! Join us on Friday December 29th from 6-9 pm for our FRIENDS AND FAMILY CHRISTMAS PARTY! This is opened to Post members, Social members and their guests/children only! This year it will be held in the banquet hall, so there will be plenty of room for everyone! We will have games, music, food and more! And the best part…SANTA WILL BE THERE! He will arrive at 7 pm to sit and visit with the children and take pictures! Now, here is the way it will work this year! Please ensure you sign your children up for the event. There will be sign-up sheet in the canteen. This year, we are asking for the children to provide a list of something they would want. Please hand this list to the bartender so we can make a copy. That child’s name will then be put on our Christmas tree. Members will then have a chance to pick a name from the tree and buy a gift. There will be a $25 limit. All gifts must be handed in and wrapped with the child’s name on it by December 22nd. Do not worry, every kid that signs up WILL RECEIVE A GIFT! We ask that you definitely make sure you sign the children up so we know how many to expect! The night of the Christmas party will be our final themed Friday, and it will be an UGLY SWEATER CONTEST! So make sure you break out the gaudiest one you own! A prize will be awarded for the best one! So wrap up the presents and wrap up the holidays with us! We can HO HO HO HARDLY WAIT!
